Whilst most systems offer only keyword matching, Vitę knows all about each Candidate and each Vacancy and so delivers prioritised lists of matches to the Consultant.   Each match is presented from both the candidate and Employer viewpoint and each match can be examined to see exactly where the fit is best and, more importantly, where perhaps the Consultant should direct their powers of persuasion (e.g. maybe the employer needs to move a little on travel expenses and maybe the candidate should be a little more flexible about distance).

This approach completely avoids the time lost screening hosts of keyword-matched CV's and focuses the Consultants time on the right deal-closing details, maximising placements and freeing time for New Business effort.

From 'Mandatory' thru' to 'Don't Care', each matching parameter can additionally be individually weighted, for both Vacancy and Candidate.   Perhaps a particular Qualification is mandatory but others are not.   Despite having lengthy experience and qualifications with say a legacy programming language, an IT candidate may be keen to pursue experience with a newer technology in their next role.   Vitę can reflect all this quickly and easily.

When new CV's arrive, Vitę automatically reads these, extracts relevant data, checks for duplicates, then creates and populates a new Candidate record complete with matching data and attaches a copy of the CV.   These records are classed as unvalidated until checked and annotated by the Consultant.   Nonetheless, Vitę's intelligent matching presents separated results for both validated and unvalidated records so that a potential match is seen and identified at the earliest opportunity allowing the Consultant to react and set about any promising validation quickly.

Just because a candidate has a Doctorate and most previous experience in a legacy language such as COBOL, shouldn't exclude them from consideration for a vacancy requiring a Degree and offering the chance to extend C++ knowledge.

Vitę knows about such relationships between skills, qualifications, different industry types, preferences, and so on, so it can really assist the Consultant instead of creating a tedious screening  burden.
